Can't Let me Change Resolution Past 768, won't let me download HD Textures

When it first launches, I go to the video settings and find I'm stuck on the lowest resolution possible, and can't change it (I have an RTX 3090).

I also tried to download the HD Textures pack, but the download progress just sits at 0%, I exit the game and re-launch, still 0%. I sit on the download screen for several minutes....0%.

This is disgusting that they would even release a product like this with so many bugs; how do I review this? I want a refund from Steam for this item being unplayable.

我找到了解决方法，使用github上的这个补丁，原本是用来解决超宽屏无法正常显示问题的，但是在我的普通16:9的1080p屏幕上工作正常，使得原本被锁定在1280x720的分辨率变为了1920x1080。
I found a workaround using this patch on github, which was originally intended to fix incorrect display on ultra-wide screens, but it worked fine on my normal 16:9 1080p screen, turning a resolution locked at 1280x720 into 1920x1080.

Not bad. This workaround actually gets me some decent looking 1080P-ish graphics, so it's now playable. Don't know about the 0% on HD textures, so will have to wait for the patch for that. But as of now, the game is playable, at my PC desk, so I'll just go with it. I think I'll hold off on filing that refund request. Thanks for the help!

You are welcome. I was also speechless at first with the bad image until I found this patch. Ran it with the idea of trying it out, and it worked. Like you said, the game at least reached a playable level. As for the HD textures not downloading, on my computer it suggests that the hardware specs are not up to the requirements, however this is nonsense. You can try what someone said about downloading the pirated version and dragging the HD textures file from it into the genuine game folder to achieve that. I haven't tried it because I've already completed the game.
