While this is an interesting little game, I don't feel like I can test myself the way I would like to using this game because as soon as the cards are in the right spot it automatically is like DA DA! solved but I wish instead there was a submit button when you think it is right so that way I still do the math to know that I am right before being told the combination of cards is right. I just have trouble at this point visualizing cards in advance in a given place so I have to move them before I do the math. I got this game to test myself post-concussion injury so I know not everyone would use this the same way but for my purposes, it doesn't work out.

I really love the main mechanic and idea of this game, the puzzles are well made and the way that the difficulty increases progressively and constantly through levels is insane!

If you like math I really recommend you to buy and play it.

blackjack math combines card games and mathematics. love the former, but I've mentioned many times that math is my nemesis. however, I can count to 21 relatively easily and that's all you need for blackjack (also known as half a douglas adams).

50 levels, one unlocked at a time. you get a bunch of operators and a maximum of 8 cards, gotta switch the cards around to get 21. ace can be 1 or 11, cards can be marked positive or negative, nothing else to know. the current value is shown on top, which is handy, but it can be turned off if you don't need it. in fact, it turns off for every level and has to be turned on instead of remembering the state from the previous level. the first half of the game is trivial, the rest trickier, but it shouldn't take more than an hour or so to figure everything out if you know what you're doing.

no separate volume settings, only separate on/off toggles, the menu elegantly covering hints and part of the level. effects are way louder than the repetitive music and off status doesn't get remembered between sessions. windowed mode got patched in, the button produces a resizable window, and after another patch it finally remembers windowed mode for next time. alt+tab can break full screen, and after the patch settings are only available while playing a level, not from the menu.

everything should work flawlessly in such a basic offering, especially after multiple patches, so it's still not something to recommend, but if it ever reaches a better state, I'll edit the review again.

BlackJack math is a cheap but nice brain teaser game! The goal? Make the math expression gives the result of 21, that's it! But don't think that it's going to be an easy task, as you progress the challenge increases making it hard to beat. Highly recommended game!

Very interesting game and I would say didactic too! I didn't know this style of card game and with this game I easily learned how to play. You must do the math calculations to always give the number 21. It's really fun.

A game that, using the BLACKJACK concept, brings an excellent workout to your mind. Entertainment for everyone who enjoys a good challenge for their math knowledge. I recommend!

Highly recommend this game, It's a great minimalist puzzle game, the visuals are great and it has a good difficulty progression and for the price, it's a great game.
