Split Screen Co-op?

For those who have the game now that it's out, does the game have couch split screen co-op? I've found multiple conflicting answers on this online but no "real" answer. Anyone able to answer this for me, please?

this question has been asked multiple times, and the search function is on the right.

No co-op right now, but it has been confirmed that they are working on it. The information is on the official japanese twitter account, so you can find it there.

I had already used the search function in the Steam Forums and only found a single post at the time I wrote this. In that post, it was a 50/50 on if it was or not a thing in the game, thus why I asked again in a new post now that the game has been launched. That being said though, thank you for your reply and an answer to my question, I do greatly appreciate it. :)
