Anyone knows the controls to clean blade before sheath?

Tap RB/R1 when you aren't full ki.So, you either want to be in combat and pop it for ki, or after, swing, tap, then hold to click the right stick to sheathe.

using Blade Flash cleanse off blood as well (RB after attack).

By holding R1/RB and then holding R3/RS it will do a flair animation of cleaning the weapon before sheathing.
It's not the blade flash you can do during combat.
Also there are way too many flair animations for it haha. Especially for the single and dual katanas. For single i think it's 8 different ones.

No other benefit for it than it just looks freaking cool

Probably the same thing, you press the same button after an attack that you would hold to switch styles/equipment. On controller, it's RB, not sure what that is on keyboard.

on controller you press RB or R1 right after you do an attack with your weapon. Theyll flick the blood off, it actually gives you some Ki depending on how much blood is soaked on it.

That's awesome. Thanks for the demonstration. Weird they don't tell you how to do this in the game. Unless I missed it.
