Textures taking some time to load/ popping out
I don't know if it's just me, but some textures sometimes take a while to load... sometimes I'm so immersed in the game and enjoying the story, but then I see a blurry texture and 1-2 seconds later it pops out the loaded texture, it's really disappointing. Does anyone know of any settings that could at least moderate this while the developers don't find a solution?
Edit: I have a nvme gen 4 ssd, it's nod a hdd!

Devs already know about it, it's in the line to be fixed in a future patch.
No, devs didn't mention about textures.

try installing it in an ssd, the game is streaming heavily at all times so using hdds will make it very obvious

Yes and the textures loading gets slower and slower over time Im having this on a nvme gen 4 that can read up to 7,000 MB/s...

Exactly, they only mentioned the fps issues on ultra settings and related stuff... idk if they know about the textures as well and the scary CPU usage

A CPU actually doing what is intended, omg. We know this is down to the game being under optimised but everybody starts running scared because the CPU is running at between 50 and 70%, which was perfectly normal before DX12. If people have temperature issues then its most likely a cooling issue.

I run Ghost of Tsushima on Ultra (that is also a PC port) and my CPU usage is around 20% max. I don't want bottleneck problems or wtv and I know CPU has to be used, but not that much. Mine is not overheating but I'm trying to play max 2 hours and then leave the game because I'm afraid tbh. It should use the power of my GPU but sometimes it's using just 70% of the GPU and like 50% of the CPU, that's not a smart way to run a game.
