Either you switch them out, or you don't use your integrated audio device for audio.
I'm using external audio device X3 to get rid of crackling, but it sometimes can get through for few milliseconds, if there is no ambient or constant audio present and the audio suddenly starts, like a notification sound or something.
The issue happens with most modern pc's, every time I got a newer and better motherboard and cpu, the audio crackling got worse, in some bioses you have some audio noise echo settings, but it helps only a little, mostly you just have to restart the pc to fix it temporarily, or I guess another solution is to undervolt/underclock your cpu.
I tried plugging my HD820 to my RodeCaster pro II (audio)monitor output, same cracking noise appear in Yokoyama (sidenote: my CPU is cooking at ~70% usage in the town (co-25))
then I switched to my PCIE soundcard (Creative AE-9) still same cracking noise from time to time
and lastly, I plugged my headset for console (Arctis Nova Pro + GameDAC gen2) still the same cracking noise
still can't figure a way out to stop this issue sadly
although the only upside is I didn't encounter those slowmo issue probably due to I’m simply brute forcing it
but I’m having hard time to convince my friend to play the game as there is still unholy amount of issue for majority of player
