No match found in cooperate ( tried every modes )

It keep saying No Suitable matches were found. I tried it on every mode, Dawn, Dusk, Twilight. I'm on level 39, heading to Kyoto ( story ). Buy this game because of the multiplayer, what is the problem?

It seems like not many people play. Even in the first week of release sometimes it would take 5 minutes to find a match :(

There are like 50 people playing probably most of them solo. I've matched with few players in the first week. That's it.

its random based off time of day. i had times where i matched mad times in a row wit different ppl, times where i match wit the same guy a few times in a row, n times where i dont find matches at all.

if u get lucky, somebody mite set up a lobby so u can do a few missions together.

coop is fairly active in midnight difficulty

You'll only find coop after level 70-80. That's when ppl try the harder ally missions.
