Can the player do the spinning chain move Kaishu Katsu uses?

I think I've seen a player use this as well in a video, and I think the Blade Twin does it as well. Is this a move you can do somehow? Under what weapon and style does it fall? Or is it some kind of secret grapple technique?

You don’t get direct access to it, not exactly anyway. If you use Katsu you can use this move directly

Mumyo Kaishin on paired swords as a similar art, where you throw out one blade on a chain forward and then continuing the input will get a single swing around, but not like Katsu

I think there’s an oxtail blade art that swings around too but again not quite the same

It’s also not something the moveset modder has put out yet, hopefully it’s coming

And that happens to be the most broken Oxtail martial art. Spinning Top depletes ki like crazy then Storm of Steel is doing maybe 60% or more a boss's health bar on a zero ki grapple.

Oh yea I wasn’t even thinking of spinning top on Kieheitai with my comment, I think Mumyo Kaishin oxtail has another chain spinning move if you charge one of the arts as well
