How to loot the treasure chest in Kanagawa?

In the abandoned house, you enter through an opening in the wall, but there's nowhere to go, inside. Or is that quest-relevant?

Not sure if it that place but check the walls. There are few hidden walls that opened by rotation. So just slowly walk along the walls and see if you'll get the prompt
