How I can get weapons lv150

I saw some players owned weapons at lv150 so how I can get it?

I'm don't completely sure, but ps5 version have 110 as max gear level and i highly doubt that devs change anything with it at pc release. So players with 150 lvl gear most likely just cheaters...

I am sure abt the max level is 110 too as google told me but what I saw just by my own eyes when we 2 waiting for the 3rd guy fill the slot I just click on him then I saw it, both swords at lv150 and I was surprised ofc..
