Low perfomance with 4060ti
I'm getting around 80~90% GPU usage, sometimes even 99% on 1440p Graphics on Low and DLSS Balanced, i believe that's not normal, anyone tried something to get a better perfomance? Trying to get 60 steady

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600g
GPU: RTX 4060TI
RAM: 3200hz DDR4

Get a stronger CPU. I went from a 13400F to a 14600K. This game is just poorly optimized, and like a lot of console ports, it is very CPU heavy.

It will take a while hahaha Just upgraded the GPU
Anisotropic Filtering was the biggest culprit for me.
Turn it off in game and let it happen through GPU control panel if available.

Sadly it's already off in Low preset

It's crazy that in the main menu on Low Preset the GPU is already at 80% haha

I feel ya.

It's kind of ridiculous because I could play other games with the 4060ti + 13400f no problem. Not this game though.

My max frame rate and usual frame rate did not go up, but I don't get the constant drops like I used to.
Try Special K. Make sure MPO (optional), HW scheduling, HW flip queue, and resize BAR is enabled. Disable the game's native reflex in favor of Special K's DLSS-G pacing. Right click the FPS limit and enable VRR bias. You can also update DLSS with Special K, if you want.

There's also an option to override texture filtering. Set Anisotropy to off in-game and to x4 in Special K.

If MPO planes shows up as unsupported, close out of any program that is playing video, such as your browser. If you want MPO with videos, enable iGPU multimonitor support in BIOS and have your video player use your integrated graphics.

My game don't even open with Special K, you've managed to make it work?

Resize BAR ON, HW Scheduling ON, HW Flip Queue i'm searching about, Ingame Native Reflex and Anisotropy is OFF, MPO show unsupported, probably because i'm using DSR to scale 1080p to 1440p
You want your gpu usage to be high, it means all of it can be used. If I game isnt using it all, normally means your cpu is bottle necking it
Have you tried turning off frame gen ?

It would be true if the perfomance/quality was a part with the usage %, it's not the case here, sadly

Not using it
You seem new to computers. High GPU utilization is a symptom of your GPU being fully utilized which is IDEAL in all scenarios. Your CPU is feeding data to your GPU as fast as it can when your GPU utilization is at 99 percent which means your GPU is the main bottleneck. However, your GPU can also be at 99 percent while being bandwidth or memory limited which would manifest as lower power consumption and increased system memory allocation, which shouldn't really be the case in this game if you aren't playing at 4k on an 8GB GPU. I am playing at 1440P standard settins with DLSS 4 balanced and getting anywhere from 60 to 85 fps on a 3070 laptop so you should have a bit of a better experience with these settings unless your GPU utilization falls below 99 percent in the open world areas then you are likely bottlenecked by your 5600G which has a 50 percent less L3 cache than your typical Zen 3 mid ranged CPU.

just play on 30 man. i can do 4k on high with 30. i dont get why people are obsessed with 60fps. or just use the framegen, i would but i am connected to a tv so it tears.

30 FPS looks fine on movies because they are a single, unchanging flow of images. It doesn't work as well in games because they are interactive and you can be swinging the camera around wildly at times.

Plus, this game can't even get steady frame times even when limited to 30 FPS.
