Where is Yasusuke Sawamura?

I've return to Edo (lots of red dots with a new red faction) but I can't find that guy. I even traveled using the scroll but the ninja village doesn't appear. Any idea how to find him?

northwest Veiled Edge Banner in Kojimachi. Enter the building and go down the rope and you will find Yasusuke Sawamura there.
