I finished the prologue in slow mo
The performance is so bad even in the lowest setting possible. The game turned into slow motion even my fps is high... there is clearly a bad optimization on this game.

You need to be able to hold 120 fps or 60 fps.

Like I said if you play at 120fps you need to be able to hold 120 or else the game’s speed will fluctuate.

It's crazy that Team Ninja is still making games with fixed FPS when every other AAA game runs at any FPS with VRR support.

It's the game engine. Dynasty Warriors Origins has the exact same issue.

Probably designed for a locked 60 on consoles.
For me, the slow motion starts at 60 fps. Everything's fine at 30 fps, a little slow motion at 60 fps, and extreme slow motion at 120 fps. I hope they fix this problem soon.

To fix the slow mo cap the frame rate to 60 in the options.
Switch to 60fps and it is fixed, bug.

Try changing your settings from Ultra to High.

Origin doesn't have that issue at all, it never ran in slow mo even though i never reached 120... but wo long did have the same issue, i dunno what's the deal with their engine...

Only one thing helped me: in the NVIDIA control panel, I changed the refresh rate of my 60Hz monitor and turned on vertical sync. Or in the Windows settings, you can also change the 60 Hz in the advanced display settings. Now I have absolutely no problems at all, everything runs perfectly. And of course, we're waiting for a fix.

Getting ~45-60 fps so far. DLSS, reflex, and ray tracing enabled at 4k. Settings at high/ultra. I used DLSS swapper to enable the latest DLSS version and used reshade to set fake hdr. There are better looking games, but so far looks pretty good and runs decently for me.
