Grass and hair looks bad in motion

I'm using the max graphics settings at native 4K with DLAA and the DLSS transformer model preset K (I also tried the default DLSS 3). The game looks pretty good, but in motion, the hair (especially the grass) looks terrible. Any suggestions? Or is it just me?
