Monster Hunter Wilds is a good example, as it causes particles to mess up dramatically. Cleared back up when reverted back to DLSS 3. Very noticeable with torches. Streamline also lowered my FPS on a 4090, which he notes in the description. Not a end all be all solution. There's also reports of the streamline mod actually hard crashing pc's, so take caution. (You can read posts about this in the mods comment section if you dont believe me.)
However in some games it works wonderfully, like ff rebirth.
If you have Cyberpunk 2077 you can see this on the latest update. In the game you can switch on the fly between DLSS3 and DLSS4. In my opinion DLSS4 is leaps ahead in picture quality vs DLSS3 but it can have some minor issues in certain titles like Monster Hunter Wilds.
