i met all the minimum requirements but my cpu is i5 8400.. am i gonna be fine?

The Answer is in your question. Gpu not enough- you will have low fps. Cpu not enough- you will have bad Frame pacing or stutters.Thanks to Steam you can refund a even on your money card, so why not? If you like previous games from this developers, try it
