Rise of the Ronin is set around 1853 at the end of Edo period (Tokugawa Shogunate).
Yasuke was retainer of Oda Nobunaga who lived in Sengoku Era, that was before Edo.
Nobunaga died 1582 and that is where history lost track of Yasuke (he was most likely given back to the Portugesse after Nobunagas death as he was their escaped slave).

Story of Rise of the Roning is about end of Edo, Samurai and the Shogunate and start of Meiji Era and modernisation of Japan.

Because you don't have his armor...smh. Playing as Jin is more than just looking like him in character creation.

Jin Sakai is a really boring character. What's wrong with the default male samurai in the character creator or creating your own?
