Anyone purchase from Humble Bundle?

Unfortunately, it looks like the item you purchased is region-restricted due to specific regulations in your country. I’m afraid I’m unable to circumvent this and provide you with a different key. I check out SteamDB and I cant see only America Restriction version/keys. There must be an other Problem.

It's odd, they probably ran out of keys, can't acquire more and this is a clever way to worm out of the situation, I don't know.

I have had so many issues with them as of late. I may cancel my Humble Choice. Why sell the key to someone in a region where the key does not work? I literally have Japan listed as my country. If it is unavailable or out of stock then say so but do not take my hard earned GD money and act like it is kosher.

I smell some lawsuits in the future.


They also said it would take 7 business days to get a response from support.

Sheer incompetence. Time to shutter.

I had the same email pop through this morning - not sure how my UK account managed to send me across to the US store - HB have confirmed they will refund but the whole situation feels very dodge.

I checked out SteamDB, there is no "only American" keys ... I dont belive this ...
