Damn that sucks, I wonder if you and I have too large of a memory pool and that causes issues? As a dev that makes no sense what so ever to be honest.
My GPU has 24GB and yours is a 10 12 GB card so it can't be a GPU issues.
You do have 36 threads so it could be that, I have 64 threads. For the hell of it I am going to disable half of them in my Bios and will post back. I tried ProcessLasso and set the launch affinity to 8 cores and that did nothing, maybe the process starts so fast that it just doesn't take or there is some internal check.
If it works I will let you know.
I really hope they fix this cause I use all those threads daily for dev work and don't want to change my BIOS for one game.

@BUBBA GRUMP, yeah it's because your thread count is 36, your going to have to go into your BIOS and see if you can disable some Core banks or just disable hyper threading or SMT what ever it is now a days called(when it takes a physical core and splits it into two threads).
It's mental we got to do this but the moment you go to 32 threads or lower the game will boot up and 100% work. So in task manger if you look at the the Performance tab make sure the Logical processors does not go over the number 32. Having said that we should all ask for a real fix so we don't have to nurf our CPUs, cause no other game does this and it is 2025.
Rechecked the logical processors it's now set at 18. Tried the game and it launched with no issues.
Do u think this a temporary solution until they fix the issue.
Question will diabling hyper threading will I loose pc performance.
Personally I am only turning it off(SMT, in your case hyper threading) when I want to play Rise of the Ronin till they fix it for I don't want to loose performance in everything else I do on my comp and play.
Fingers crossed they fix it soon cause we don't want to nurf our CPU like this since we paid for those threads.
Cool man, glad to help
Awesome, good stuff! Nice, yeah I think it looks awesome as well, it's not Wukong grade but I still think it looks very nice. Honestly some made it out to look like junk so I was really surprised it looks so good.
Yeah I really hope they fix it properly in tomorrows patch. On my mobo when I do such a change I have to restart my comp twice since it sort of remembers the past setting for some reason(I think I got a fall back bios feature for OC etc and I can't disable it). It be really cool if we can use all our logical cores, fingers crossed it drops tomorrow.
Huh that is really weird, try it out today after the patch for it 100% fixed the issue for me and at 64 threads I am cooking and running the game with no issues!
Fingers crossed your end is fixed as well, today's patch was solid and fixed everything for me
