Rise of the Ronin - Pedido de REEMBOLSO NEGADO, mesmo com Produto QUEBRADO/SEM FUNCIONAR CORRETAMENTE
Cara, passei por um momento extremamente frustrante, surreal. Eu comprei Rise of the Ronin ontem, iniciei minha primeira sessão (que durou quase 5 horas), e beleza, até aí tudo ok, jogo rodando tranquilo etc. Mas quando fui abri-lo hoje, O PROGRESSO NÃO SALVOU. Eu perdi 5 horas de jogo! Solicitei o reembolso hoje pela manhã, explicando toda a situação na descrição, e o suporte (que não deve ter sido um ser humano, deve ter sido a p*rr4 de um bot) simplesmente me responde: "O pedido de reembolso foi negado porque o tempo de gameplay ultrapassou 2 horas". Ou seja, eles simplesmente IGNORARAM TUDO que eu descrevi na descrição do ticket. Tipo assim: "Ah, é mesmo? O jogo está quebrado/bugado? F*d4-se. Tenha um ótimo dia".

Não faz O MENOR SENTIDO eu PAGAR por um jogo QUEBRADO e ficar por isso mesmo. Esse argumento "de que ultrapassou as 2 horas" é muito ridículo, dadas as circunstâncias. No mínimo, escr0t*. Até porque, nem conseguir salvar o jogo eu consegui. De 2 horas pra 5 horas é praticamente NADA. E outra, foi a MINNHA PRIMEIRA SESSÃO DE JOGO. EU NAO FAZIA IDEIA QUE O JOGO TAVA QUEBRADO. E está dentro do direito do consumidor que eu TENHA O REEMBOLSO, porque o produto está QUEBRADO, NÃO FUNCIONA CORRETAMENTE. Foram R$249,00, cara.... Insano isso. Eu nunca tive problema com a Steam, já vai completar 16 anos que eu tenho essa conta e eu nunca solicitei um reembolso. Mas, pra minha extrema decepção com a steam, o suporte se mostrou paupérrimo e completamente indiferente às queixas do usuário/cliente.

Alguém aí sabe como eu faço PRA CONSEGUIR falar com UM SER HUMANO no suporte??

E eles não podem vir com o pretexto de que a Team Ninja tem sugestões de como "suavizar" o problema dos saves, porque eu jogo pelo cloud gaming do Boosteroid, não tenho como mexer/configurar pastas, porque é um PC virtual que emula a imagem.

Eu agradeceria MUITO se alguém puder me ajudar ou orientar em como eu consigo falar com um Suporte Ser Humano, pra me reembolsarem. Porque o robô simplesmente ignorou tudo o que eu disse no ticket.

If you've played for 5 hours, the game should have at least created an autosave file.

The game creates backups of saved games; here's how to restore them.

f you haven't manually saved yet, you'll need to restore the backup using the SAVEDATAAUTO option.

No problem, I speak English as well.

Exactly. I cannot use this method, because I play the game throu the Boosteroid Cloud Gaming, therefore, I have no way to access the folders to configure saves or other files, once the game is emulated from a virtual PC. I requested the refund, but the only answer I got was "We cannot refund this purchase to the chosen method (Steam Wallet). The usage time of an included product has exceeded two hours." This is RIDICULOUS, seriously! They ignored EVERYTHING THAT I DESCRIBED in the request ticket for support assistance.

But I will try to contact them via call ticket, which is a way to try to speak directly to HUMAN support.

Because it is very unfair to pay for a product that is not working properly and not have the right to receive a refund for it. It is within the consumer's right to have a refund for a product that is broken or not working as it should. I am very disappointed with Steam Support.

But doyou know how I can talk to the human support to get the refund? Is it possible to get the refund with a detailed explanation of what happened??

Because, honestly, man, the "2 hours exceed" argument in this case is just ridiculous and makes no sense at all. It is not fair...

You are a mod in the Rise of the Ronin community, right? It is not possible for you to ask the support to reply me, man? I would really appreciate the help, honestly

I can't really help you any further, but maybe you can create a rather unspecific ticket, that can't be easily processed by the AI but needs to be read by a support employee?

Whereby the cause comes from the game but the problem lies with cloud gaming, because you do not have access to the folder structure. So I'm not sure if you'll be successful, but good luck.

But it is not cloud gaming problem, man, Neither a steam problem, It is a game problem, the PC port, bad optimization. Its broken, not working properly... I have the right to request refund for a broken product. Is there a solution? Yes, there is that guid from Team Ninja (which you suggest, and I appreciate that, thank you) in the folders, BUT, in my case, I cannot run the game with my notebook specs, only for the cloud gaming (that's why I bought the game in the first place), so, they HAVE to refund me. The 4hours was in my FIRST session, how could I possibly know that the game had this save issues? It is not fair, and it is wrong to not refund me, man, its just simple logic. If Steam do not refund in this situation, well, this is a pretty dissapointing matter. I managed to request a ticket to speak directly to the support team (a HUMAN BEING). I will wait. If this doesn't work , well, I'll have to accept this f0cked up situation and wait for the developers to fix the game.

Unbeliavable... But anyway, thanks again for the response, man, and for the infos and guide.
