I do agree though, for a game that came out this decade... heck, even last decade... not having complete story coop is kinda low effort. This aint the 80s no more.
You don't have Wo Long or Nioh 1 or 2 in your library so of course the coop system and how it works goes right over your head.
A great response from an ignorant douche.
Steam isn't my only platform. Nioh 1, Nioh 2, Wo Long have been "platinumed)"
Not to mention DS1, DS1 Remanster, DS2 base, DS2 sotfs, DS3, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Remnant 1, Remnant 2, Code Vain and the Deamoms Souls remake (I'm Sure forgetting a few), have all had the Platinum trophy smashed out of them on my Playstation account.
So it's safe to say I know my way around a multiplayer game in this genre.
Team Ninja usually make good on the multiplayer experiences, but have missed this one.
Lesson of the day, don't be a douche to people you know nothing about over the internet kid. You just show yourself up.
Aww man. That's sucks. It looks really good. I'm just not into playing solo as much anymore.
While I did enjoy the coop somewhat on PS5, though it was with a buddy of mine where we did strictly stealth to relive our Tenchu days.
Randoms usually rush ahead and either start fights or get themselves killed. Once you get Midnight difficulty Coop missions are pretty much a pain to do since you either have someone whose under geared or not ready for the sudden ones shots.
I would've liked if you could coop the open world but weird design decisions from the devs decided that open world should be experienced alone.
Its better as a solo game unless you have someone to play with that is willing to treat it like a semi-Tenchu game ala Tenchu Z on the 360.
Yeah the tenchu days where awesome. We're currently struggling our way through Arigami 2 on ps5, trying to recaputure se magic and its not great. Waiting for something else to scoop us up.
This guy is everywhere, even on different game discussion posts being obnoxious to people. Just ignore it
wow. You could have just said that you got it on another platform but you had to name call. There have been a lot of people trolling this game. It is a single player game and TN's first open world game so downplaying it for not having enough coop seemed harsh. You own ps5 and didn't want it back when it launched there because it didn't have the coop you wanted and now you are here again trolling about coop for the pc version? Makes no sense
Having an openworld game where you cant coop all the time paired with VERY short missions ruined a lot of the game for me, still great combat it just sucks you coop for like 10 minutes then your kicked back to the empty openworld..
Hopefully modders will fix it like they did with Eldenring
Maybe that would be fun but I think coop would make it too easy. Souls games really meant to be played by yourself. It is more challenging alone. You are a Ronin.
