Horror Tales FAQ
What is the Horror Tales Saga?

Horror Tales are separate videogames set in the same universe with one common goal: Make you feel horror. All games are first person adventures too!

So each game is a separate story?

Yes indeed! Each game is a diferent story in the same universe. In fact the kind of horror of every game can be diferent. One game would be more pshycological horror oriented (the Wine), another one more tense and enemy-focused (The Beggar), etc.

Okey, so what is the specific order to play Horror Tales games?

None! Every game has it's own hidden tutorial in the first levels and will teach you exactly what you need to play that game. Lore-wise, The Beggar is set 200 years after The Wine, but you don't need to play The Wine to enjoy The Beggar.

Hello Carlos

Is a translation into French planned like most of your other games?

I would love to see your work available on the GOG.com store which sells DRM free games.

Hey! French translation is not planned but if there is enough interest I'll think about it!

Are you the sole dev? Horror Tales: The Wine is amazing. Everything about it shows great attention to detail. I watched a youtuber play it, and have every intention of playing it this October anyway. The headless enemy seems a bit silly at first, but becomes creepier and creepier with each visit, partly because of the spot on timing and placement of his appearances - jump scares that are an actual threat is inspired. The story unfolds very naturally, the pacing is excellent, and the graphics are top notch. If this was developed just by you, you are one talented individual.

I am afraid yes, I am the only dev behind this game. However I did use some third party assets :)

You can see the complete list in the credits of the game.
