Prepping doesn't necessarily mean just guns. Perhaps that means you need to stockpile toilet paper and papertowels :)
Most of the prepping is done in the US in the central states where they have serious tornado destruction. an underground shelter will keep your family safe and ensure you have some immediate supplies.

Any number of events could and do occur on a regular basis where citizens are often on their own for varying period of time before help can get to them. Hurricanes, Typhoons, Tornadoes, Pandemics, Wildfires all qualify as those that 'Prepping' can deal with and thats before even reaching into anything theoretical
Do you have a smoke detector in your home? A Fire extinguisher? that is a very basic low-level of prepping.
This is the tornado that destroyed the hospital I was born in, https://youtu.be/5QK0VA_P83A
being minimally prepared for a fire is a long way from being able to survive a tornado or a hurricane too. I get it. you want to be right. You are right, in your mind.
Can we just drop it? or are you going to continue to flail at someone that doesnt' share your opinion?
This is his thread not yours, and you're the one who keeps replying. If you want to drop it, dismiss yourself.
