[Spoiler-ish] Why can't I split the Pizza?

So I made the pizza for the girls, and I specifically made one half of the pizza without cheese and pepperoni, and one with. It feels really bad when it then tells me that there's 'too much pepperoni' on the pizza.

Otherwise I love this game so far

I specifically decided against halving it with pepperoni, thinking it would be too much to ask for the game to allow that option. But I did wonder if that was right to assume. Glad to find out it is not possible to split the toppings.

I completely forgot about vegan = no cheese. Just like the sister, I could not fathom a pizza without cheese...

if you can get your hands on dairy free pizza is cool (almond milk cheese i think dont know if thats a thing)

I figured the point of that scene was to show how Eva reacts when things don’t live up to her Miss Perfect Goodperson standards. It doesn’t matter if you split the pizza, she’ll still complain because how dare you sully her perfect vegan tastebuds with your filthy pepperoni grease. Honestly, I totally get why her girlfriend left her.

Ooookay, that's a lot of Vegan hate in there, cause that's 0% how Eva reacts or how her character is portrayed. She at no point imposes her view on the others, says she doesn't mind others not doing the same as her and doesn't mind cheese Oo

Actually in my play through I made the pizza without cheese or pepperoni cause I remembered them mentioning she was vegan and that’s what I would have done irl. (Actually I would have made two, smaller pizzas. One vegan, one not, but that wasn’t an option) Didn’t know about her “it (the pepperoni) already sweated all over the pizza” line until I saw someone else playing on a stream and it kind of bugged me.

Maybe I read her character wrong? Guess I’ll see in a few hours when the game releases.

I think it is fair to mention that pepperoni tends to sweat a lot, so even if you're vegan or not if a pizza has pepperoni it tends to be the entire pizza and not just the slices that are affected by the choice of including pepperoni.

Just slice the pizza before adding pepperoni, that's what i'dd have done.

Yeah, I did the same and was disappointed at the result. I was very careful to put pepperoni on less than half of it (on a pizza that's getting split three ways, remember, not in half). I still put cheese on it; I assumed if you were cooking on a roadtrip for a known-to-be-a-strict-vegan friend, that at least the cheese would have been vegan, especially since it was an available option after she had just mentioned be vegan...
