Colorful Like Bollywood Movies

I'm on the Colorful Like Bollywood Movies level and have spent the past hour trying to figure out what the hidden requirement is. I feel like I've tried so many changes through trial and error and am wondering if anyone here who's figured this out can lend some advice?

it requires a white light :) buy the over tank light, and select the white circle beside the color dial

I have the white light set up already though.

The light was the issue. Although I had it set up correctly, I did the following which fixed the issue:
- clicking the light to a color on the color selection ring instead of the white light toggle (I chose red)
- clicking the white light toggle (did nothing)
- deleted the cover
- added a cover
- selected the white light toggle (did nothing)
- deleted the cover
- returned to main menu
- continued the contract
- added a cover
- clicked the white light toggle

Weird but, resolved.
