Complete Edition—worth it?

Looks like it's essentially a lot of skins and some extra weapons. Does it really add significantly to the enjoyment of the game? Thanks for any helpful input!

Thanks! Yes, I'm definitely getting the base game. Maybe just the weapons packs, too.

P.S.: Actually, just the weapons packs comes to something like an additional $10, so I went for the Complete Edition—with all the skins etc. as basically a big bonus.
