different types of weather
different types of day
very good quality of maps
you can use tactics and strategy or you can go warrior to enemy territory
you have to think on your next move
better than cs go - it's only a fast warrior style, better than pubg (pubg is too long), better than sniper elite (third person shooter)
it's world of snipers
sgw contracts mp is ok but it's too tactical - no trespassing to enemy territory in TDM, bullets are moving too slow
i'd love to see some new maps in the future
SGW3 likes bosna war, especially mountain sides. Muslim genocides, inocent civilians etc. SGW3 have diffrent place in my mind. But tactical moves and scope aiming is too easy. In reality scope aiming is not easy. SGW C1 closest to reality atm. I hope SGW C2 will take 1th place. Also i live in Türkiye. Near the syrian civil war. Thats why i can't wait to play sgw c2.
Nah the open world formula doesn't work for that type of game in my opinion. Contracts showed like smaller open maps allows to have more depth in the tactical gameplay, which is way better because it gets less repetitive and you have to observe and think way more before going in.
SGW 3 was good but lacked of optimization and was filled with bugs. The AI was stupid because it's harder to settle it in an open world rather than in a smaller map like the ones in Contracts. And the open world was quite useless, too much climbing, driving was pointless and the map was filled with repetitive and boring outposts to free. I agree though that dynamic weather was a nice thing, I wished the developers also did that in the Contracts games so that could impact gameplay and visibility and make the game harder.
I don't know why I have that memory of rain starting but maybe that wasn't dynamic but pre-calculated to happen in some areas or some time of the day. I can't remember exactly now, I have a doubt.
Thanks for the clarification !
