The usk restriction or information you have from the USK is old. Since 5 years the German rating board become more liberal in rating uncut games including high impact of violence and gore. Please CI games reconsider your decision and rate your game again uncensored. Please !

You are lying, you just wanted to save money by sending an already censored version to the USK because you still operate on the outdated beliefs that video games in germany still get censored, which they aren't, even Doom and Wolfenstein are now uncensored (including nazi symbolic) and the list of sell banned games is decreasing because the old rules are not applicable anymore (it is though the responsibility of the rights holders to request a re-evaluation, but many do). Re-releases of older games like Turok 1&2 that were censored back in the days are also uncensored now, sometimes even with a USK16 rating. Except of your game, censorship of violence in games doesn't really exist anymore here.

Yeah, it tends to happen when a high powered bullet goes through your head and absolutely eviscerates your brain and skull.

Its safe to assume that most of the rifles in game use high powered calibres, like .50 BMG or .408 Cheytac considering they can all make shots over 1000 metres away quite easily. .50 BMG travels at 3000+ feet per second, roughly equivalent to 2,000 mph, nearly triple the speed of sound.

A metal object flying towards a soft mushy thing at triple the speed of sound will cause someones head to explode like a squid.

Its not a lie, Techland had to do it for Dying Light 1 cause Germany had literally banned the game from the country at a point in time. Dying Light 2 came with a goreless version, so Germany didnt do anything. Search it up if you don't believe me
