Rashida Qalat: "Explosive Bullet" Challenge bug?

The challenge says "kill at least two enemies using explosive bullet 5 times". I killed two or more guys more than five times but the game doesn't count the kills. Once it counted only 2 of them but other times it was 0/5. I did double kill via headshot and or tried shooting the floor between enemies, which worked perfectly in both cases, but the game didn't count the explosive kills. Is there a way to achieve this challenge?

*100% unpractical any mission need silence,,
as it barely might take out 1 bit farway sniper - as it noisy like a canon ;D

u know where to get it ? right ,,
Annyhow,,,, any rifle & exploding bullits should be good enough,,, though

but take u time and rather shot inbetween close there legs

the gap inbetween soilders cant be big
like i tok out 3pair in castle ,,
then run down this tower,,, got highground and single out one i be sure be good
and when alarmed , some they hide together ,,and sevral more options

I don't know how but the magic weapon (Ron B107) worked perfectly.

First off you need to kill 2 or more soldiers at 5 seperate situations in case you werent aware

Secondly look for patrolling enemies. They are almost always moving around in pairs in close proximity. Shoot one and both die adding to your tally.
Once you've taken out a patrol you should hide or run to the neighbouring sector and wait out the alert timer allowing time for the soldiers to give up the search and move back to their patrol patterns.

Maybe you are right and I was doing it wrong but I am sure I killed 2 or more enemies with explosive bullets that game didn't count.

Thanks. I did that, too. Maybe it worked because we need to kill 2 or more enemies when they are unaware. In all legit kills, enemies were unaware.

I got some from enemies that had clumped together while hunting me, alertness doesn't matter but it is easier to find them bunched up while on patrol

Am I supposed to use a specific gun or something? I've tried doing this on both alert and non-alert enemies. I've tried shooting at their feet and also on them directly. I've tried doing it in different locations. I've tried to do it with the bow and the Riihimaki M10 light sniper rifle. As far as I can tell, nothing's counted so far.

What the hell is going on with this challenge?

Use Ron B107 weapon and aim the floor between soldiers, not directly at them. Make sure they are close enough to each other. The explosion should kill them not the bullet.

As I said, I've tried killing them that way without it counting. Why would using the Ron B107 make a difference? Don't get me wrong, I see the other comments saying it worked with that rifle, but why?
