My game is bugged. She walks into the cell, just sits there, then goes aggressive and kills him. I literally can't get her to take him to the execution platform after hours of trying

I had the same issue. Restarted level. Did nothing - didn't kill anyone - just waited - eventually she got him out of the cell and took him to the gallows (killing anyone before this even if there is no alarm bugged it for me) - as she stands behind him I shot her. . That's how I was able to do it.

The execution scene will only be when you dont load a save game. you have to restart the mission if you fail. had the same problem and took many time to get this. So bad, dont know if it is a bug or a "feature".....
