Ok, I got my DLC back for my game.
Just try to buy the DLCs now. My pre order Bonus has all gone. But it's fine. Maybe Devs need more money to support them. I will pick any DLCs I like and make a purchase. I don't care about skins , only weapons.

I see my preorder DLC is available and installed but i dont see it in game... is it not in the single player missions? I am only on mission 2....

That's the point I got the same issue. But when i bought DLC from the store. It appears again.

So wait, you paid money for them again to make them appear, even though you preordered them and they didnt appear? Im not doing that... it says i have them installed, i just dont see them in the game... i hope they are working on a patch for this.. i can wait....

Weird you having this, never had problems with the DLC, still showing on library and in-game as well.

Just a guess: Possibly there is a connection between a steam-key and keys from keysellers? Evtl. they erased the preorder-bonus (shroud etc.) from the reseller key-games. Saw the questions regarding the vanished DLC`s more often, but no statement from the developer on this matter

This would explain why my DLCs got erased :steamsad: but it still is unacceptable that the devs haven't said anything about it so far.

Do we have any more info into as to why we cant see the DLC showing up in game even though steam says its there and installed? any word from the devs on this one? i want to try out the new weapons before i get too far into the game....

No idea. We need to ask devs about DLC issues. By the way, today's 32mb's update's content is unknown as well.

Like @Bruce Vinrock said, its most likely an issue with game being bought on keysellers. I bought the game on Steam and my pre-order skins are all good since the release, no problems whatsoever.
