proberly same way as if used flashlight

scrollweel clik and tap mouse 2 key *if u useing keyboard

Open weapon wheel >> Select Sidearm >> Right click on that without closing the weapon wheel.

You can turn it on by using right mouse button after invoking the weapon wheel and selecting the weapon. Or, if you're using a controller, by clicking the right stick after invoking the weapon wheel and selecting the weapon.
