Pointless House upgrade and more...
The house doesn't have divided rooms in the maximum upgrade, just a gigantic room where you have to put thousands of items (stupidly expensive in my opinion) all repeated to fill the place.
Some (like the wardrobe) have a BUG and even buying it twice it doesn't appear in the usage menu. It doesn't look like a house like the neighbors and it doesn't give the feeling of improvement. It looks more like a dirty shed (even after the game is over, all the furniture is still empty and there are cobwebs and rags everywhere). The purpose of the upgrade is to give a feeling of welcome in a beautiful home.... Not staying in the forest collecting items or running around like crazy to help others with their problems and at the end of the day going back to a dirty hole.

Another observation is about the dog. He could be better used, helping in fights, collecting more things... and could at least enter the owner's house. Always being on the street is very bad.

Last observation: The capital so many times mensioned could give the character a salary.

Now about the BUGS...

After opening friendship with Xiao, when I go to the city hall to talk to him, the game crashes and doesn't work anymore.

Another bug is that I already bought the wardrobe 2x and it is not released to put at home. It remains as an unpurchased item in the menu.

Another bug is that when the character faints in a fight with some animal and goes back home, supposedly he would have to wake up at noon the next day... but he comes back at noon the same day. This creates a loop and if you keep doing this you can gather millions of wood and stones in a day.

Does anyone here agree with me? Has anyone had any of the mentioned bugs?

I haven't bought the final room upgrade yet, but the first purchased one is more than I could hope to fill.

I never got anything beyond the kitchen upgrade. There's no achievement for it, and it just felt like a waste of money with how ludicrously expensive is(I similarily didn't buy any clothes or anything else thats cosmetic and I just bought enough furniture for the achievement. So much in this game is so expensive.

Yeah! You are totally right! A lot of things that should be (affordable) are extremely expensive for no reason... or only to discourage players from buying.

I bought both upgrades hoping that the house would finally have interior divisions... But no... It's a gigantic, useless shed. And the worst thing is to buy the furniture and they are not released in the decoration menu. 2x I bought the wardrobe and it was not released... imagine the waste of time, money, wood and stones for this.... And by the way... Why do you need stones to make a wardrobe? hahahahaha

I'd say its less to discourage players from buying, and more to increase the grind and thus, increase playtime.

I'm not sure if you mean the one I bought or one that's after that. My bedroom is now the width of the house and, yes, it doesn't divisions. I spread my furniture out and filled it up moderately well, but it isn't all that useful. What I WANTED was to get rid of the cobwebs and broken down parts of the main rooms.

As far as the dog goes, I'm happy that he doesn't fight. The fights aren't hard and I don't want an injured dog. I love the "Find NPC" function. But I agree about him not being able to come inside. This is something that always bugs me in games like this. Do people outside the USA never allow their dogs inside the house? Dogs live with us in my neck of the woods. It's actually considered abuse to leave them outside all the time (particularly in winter, though that's not an issue in this game).

Hello. You can get rid of the cobwebs by buying more upgrades of the cauldron. Hope this helps!
