How do I feed the dog?

It's been asking for food for days and I have no idea how to feed it. Now it's just limping along and I find this quite distressing. Help.

Hey! You have to call it by whistling and will then be able to feed it. Hope this helps :)

By whistling your dog should approach you, you can then interact with them by pressing the button/key shown and selecting an action :)

i mean it doesnt even whistle, RB is a dead button,
Found a work around by going into the keybinds, binding the keybord whistle button (all binds except the movement ones just show X btw)
then i have to use whatever i bind on my keyboard if i ever want to whistle

Whistling on the nintendo pro controler is broken, does nothing. gotta use keyboard. Can we PLEASE modify the controlers inputs...

same here, whistle on PS4 controller is not working

hello had the same problem in the demo. there you can fix it by start the game with controller conectet. than disconect and reconect and the rb butten works. dont know why this works but it does.

u had the same problem, then i went to the steam controller setup, and set the whistle button to the whisstle key... problem solved.... does still anybody not know how to tie their shoelaces...?

or you can teach and not be a d**k about it. Steam controller is a frustrating experience.

One day someone had to teach you how to tie your shoelacers too you know.... Hopefully that person did not treat you like you this way
