How to unlock mace replica?

I activated the 3rd teleporter without ever getting hurt for the commando, but I didn't get anything, what's the problem can anyone tell me?

fall damage and self damage counts. set glass artifact and dmg taken to 999% just to be sure.

I literally did it the same

you have to reach the third TP without taking any damage at all on any of the stages

Then you probably took damage, I guess. Do double-check that you don't have the unlock, in the logs and unlockables menu.

I didnt have glass, but i did have all the unlocks for commando. That thing is rough without glass, even on drizzle.
