What soft/hard caps on item buffs are there in RoRR?
Anybody know what soft/hard caps there are on buffs from items? I'm mostly concerned with mocha and soldier's syringe, I'll usually not buy more than 22 syringe or 44 mocha because at some point after 20 and before 30 syringes there is no further gain. Of course there are natural caps as well such as not being able to surpass 9999 health.

Also, is there a sort of hard cap on the fire rate of rockets from the green and red ATG items? In the original game, it felt like I was able to get far more rockets out per second, like the red ATG would actually launch 3 rockets at the same time, now it's just 3 in a quick succession. I don't really get ATG anymore in RORR since it feels slow in comparison, sometimes the survivor will keep firing rockets for a while even though I'm not firing, my first guess would be that there's a counter that tells how many more rockets to fire from ATG and it's gonna fire until the counter goes to 0.

Crit only goes up too 100% so about 10 glasses.

Bleed also only go up to 100% and they stack for 15% each so less than 10.

Hit List on the Red item list is only worth taking once. As it caps out after 40 kills where each kill gives 0.5 extra damage. Taking more will only make more targets available for hit list.

I don't think the 56 Leaf clover has a cap like they state in the first Risk of Rain game. Because now it goes up by 1% per pick and I've noticed far more items being dropped by elites when I have 50 of them compared to 8.

Lens Maker's Glasses is 10% + 7% per stack, so you actually need 14 (7*13=91 +10=101).

Based on my recordings, missiles fire every 6 frames, so 10 missiles/sec max. There likely is a counter. The other day I did a long run where I got a lot of Atg Missiles (both versions), 4 Heaven Crackers, and a lot of other things. I hit so many enemies so many times during the teleporter that the missiles continued to fire for (no exaggeration) 10 minutes after everything died.

10/sec, got it. I did prefer the old version but I guess they have a reason for the change.
