Bruh, WHY Providence monster log

Just hit leave planet and saw he dropped his log without grabbing it.. why isn't it auto pickup or even just a guaranteed acquire????? (maybe Monsoon in that case if 100%)

With previous experiences I wouldn't be surprised if someone agressively Jester-Award OP and types two books about how it's good game design that it's not an automatic pickup...

Coincidentally, you can pick up the log after you interact with the console.

Funnily enough I almost made the same mistake and left without the log on the ground, so I started running towards it as the game faded out, then I heard the pickup noise as the game went completely black and the cutscenes started.

Sure enough, after the credits I found that I had the log picked up in the nick of time.

I'm sure you'll still kill Provence plenty more times so don't worry about the log.

If you want to cheat, you can just manually edit the `save.json` file and add "monster_providence_got" to the end of the "flags" list. As a heads up, though, the file is a bit big and messy, so it's easier to do with Python or something. Here's a snippet you can tweak. Be sure to make a backup copy of the save file before running this, just in case something gets messed up.
