Unplayable stuttering
The game stutters. Always. Opening cutscene. Menus. Single player. Multiplayer. I have searched high and low for an answer and tried everything I could find from double checking which gpu I'm using to doing all sorts of messing with graphics settings. I verified files. I cannot even think of something else to do. My computer runs fine otherwise, even when the game is open, and no other game does this. I am begging for any kind of help because I really want to play this game with my friends, but it is impossible in the current state.

Yea, I saw that. Unfortunately no luck with that either.
