Any way to reset progress back to game start?

I can't find any way to do it. I deleted the save in the cloud saves directory, turned off cloud saves, and deleted both game directories... and the game always somehow has my progress.

Anyone know how to reset the game back to the start?

There's a file under "...\AppData\Roaming\Risk_of_Rain_Returns" labelled "<numbers>_localsave.json". See if deleting that (and maybe doing the other stuff you did) will work. Maybe the user folder in there too, but that seems to just be settings.
