Sacrifice runs are easy because you almost never get out-scaled by enemies if you get like a single decent damage item because you just speed through the game. Just be careful about popping like 3 shrine of the mountains at once and you should be fine.
Edit: Not seeing an item before 5 min makes it sound like you're just sitting around waiting for spawns, you just need to zoom
Didn't think that would be the optimal strategy, because usually further stage enemies are a lot tougher than the first, but i guess it does make sense given you get guaranteed items. Thanks for the advice!
