Check the guides, there's one there that's pretty good because I sure as hell not explaining it here :D

On the lowest difficulty (Drizzle), get to the Temple (stage 5). On either the furthest left or furthest right of the terrain, there's a building with a wall, and there's a 'pot' on the outside edge. Get to the pot and interact with it for a specific Equipment item.

Take that equip into Risk Of Rain (final stage), and get a Keycard. Open the Cabin and drop off the edge, slipping into the hole along the way with something unique, and a path through the wall behind the unique thing, follow that to a chest that you can put an Equip into. This is where you unload the equip from the temple. To my knowledge, how this run ends does not matter.

On any higher difficulty, get to the 3rd stage and complete the teleporter event. Activate the teleporter when your timer says 22:00. If you did everything right, the Robomando will be *somewhere* on the stage, and will be marked with the same green arrow as repairable drones. Find him and die to him (or to enemies near him)

That will unlock Robomando for use.

Assuming you kill the bosses of Teleporter events quickly, each event takes 90 seconds, 4 of them is a total of 6 minutes, leaving you with 16 minutes to actually use running around the first 3 stages and fighting the bosses during the Robomando run. It is doable, but it could be a bit tight on time to hunt for items and the teleporter itself. For the sake of giving more wiggle room on the run, I'd suggest messing with the Rules so that you deal extra damage and take less damage, make fighting easier even with few/no items.

Also on stage 2 of the second run you.have to find the chest you warped previously to recover the equipment you put there before moving to stage 3
