Online Co-Op issues?

Hey everyone,

Yesterday I went to set up a lobby for me and a buddy of mine to play in for a run however he kept getting disconnected in the lobby, i also had him try hosting and the same would happen for me.

We both have stable Internet connections so I'm not sure what the issue may be, and it's not the firewall concern that has been raised in the past with Hopoo game products. I remember that the first risk of rain had co-op issues a decade ago.

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

yup, same. The fact that there's no "reconnect" feature makes it unplayable. Also it should not disconnect instantly, instead it should try to reconnect automatically for 10s.

Same thing just happened... Impossible to play Multiplayer that way

Im having the same issues. Just got disconnected at provinence. was the first time we all survived by the time we reached provinence. really ruined the run.

Yeah it happens to my wife and I anywhere from stage 1 to the third stage. Multiplayer is legit just unplayable currently.
