BUG GAME IS UNPLAYABLE

Alba's phone simply wont scan the birds on the feeder. Phone does not focalise and scan. Game is stuck and unplayable. My kids tried to overcome the issue they did not progress and consume the game but steam does not refund since they exceeded 2 hours. Unbelivable...Stay away ...

Have you tried validating your save files? Sometimes files get downloaded incompletely.
Try to go to your steam library and click right on the name of the game - there should be a menu opening. Chose the properties and from there go to check the files for errors. Should start an automatic scan and a new download if anything was incomplete.

Also if you hope for help then it is good practice that you post details of your system configuration here or to the developers.
Many other players including me did not have any issue with the game, so this must be something special on your system. Check the game settings for alternative means of controlling.
Since you are still at the start of the game, it might also be worth a try to uninstall and re-install the game and start over a new savegame. (But try what "worstcase11" suggested first.)

update to the problem: thanks for the suggestions. We have already redonwloaded and reinstalled the game it did not help. Then we have to keep my more advanced business computer busy to be able to let the kids play the game. The problem is about system configuration. Actually I have checked the requirements before installing the game. It should have worked but it did not. It seems minimum requirements list of the game has to be reviewed.
