Last rubbish patch?

The rubbish patch quest is by far the most annoying one to do, you lap the whole island without a single clue. I've already gotten the ones in the nature reserve beach, not sure where else to look to be honest.

have you picked up the rubbish on the other island? if not talk to pere at the harbour in town and theres rubbish on that island to pick up
