How to get edict to peace?

Cannot seem to get this achievement to trigger. I am on Osaka as Tokugawa and have vasseled all the clans.

How many castles do you have? Do you own the entire Kinki region? Do you at least have half the castle count of all castle amount? I think you need those conditions to still trigger the victory.

ah that would explain it I want to say its around 63ish? Its the start postion for the osaka start. Damn I was hoping to just unlock this lol.

So... You just need to trigger a victory by owning 51% of castles(three positions peoposition) and have other clans as your vassals to own this trophy?

Thx, it worked for me. First i triggered "three positions proposition" but refuse cuz some of clans sill wasn't my vassals, then it triggered "total conquest" victory condition. Most of clans have agreed to be my vassals by diplomacy except the most powerful ones, they was made vassals by force(simply have to wait until they will call for negotiations during war). Trophy gained, along with platinum :3
