Steam apps all named Operation Tango in Privacy & Security > Microphone

In Windows 11 if you go to settings then Privacy and Security and then Microphone, multipile desktop apps under the "Let desktop apps access your microphone" are named Operation Tango which is inaccurate. Rocksmith 14, Steam itself and Steam chat, Bigscreen, and a couple other games. What gives and how do I fix it? Also it has called L4D2 "Nidhogg" so that is also odd.
