The game shuts down

Hi, I have been playing the game with my friend overseas. I have the full version and he has the friendpass. The game just shuts down in the middle of the missions in the same spots. mission two in the firewall operation and in mission four at the start of the game when my friend starts to get better connection to the internet or something at the start of the mission.

I got a better internet now, but the problem continues for us. The game shuts down for me and now my ping does not go up in the game even. So this problem is not form our internet connections.

Could you please confirm with me that both of your devices you're playing on meet minimum spec requirements to play? Often times, crashes like these are related to that!

My computer:
Operating system: Windows 10, 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1650 Super
Memory: RAM 1x8Gt
network: ping 3, download 206.37 Mbps, upload 95.93 Mbps, from cable.
drive: 1 T (I had ssd put there when I bought the computer)

My friend's computer:
Operating system: Windows 10
Processor: Intel i7 8700k
Graphics: GTX 1080
Memory: 32GB ram
network: Wi-Fi
drive: HDD

Thanks for posting your specs. Hmm... It seems like you both have good enough specs to play, that's really too bad, I'm sorry you're having this issue. I'm currently not sure why this happens, and I wish I had a more concrete answer for you to help fix this. I've reported this entire discussion personally to the dev team, and we'll see if we can get a fix for this issue.

In the meantime, here's some general troubleshooting you can do to attempt to fix the problem, from you, and your partner's side:
1. Verify integrity of game files if you're on steam, or equivalent on other platforms
2. Reinstall both games
3. Check your anti virus quarantine on the odd chance a file is being quarantined during/after play
4. Make sure controllers are plugged in solidly and behaving correctly.

Hopefully one of these can fix your issue.

Oh, the team and I just thought of something, when you mentioned your friend is from overseas, would he perhaps be from China? We are aware that there are issues connecting with people from China.

It shuts down in 4th mission for us. We have not played it for a long time and we have not tried these fixes yet.
