BUG REPORTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING

If you're experiencing a bug please follow the below steps for initial troubleshooting:

1) Ensure you don't have a VPN on and the game has firewall access as this can cause connection issues
2) verify your game files and reboot Steam
3) Check to confirm your PC meets minimum game specs to run Operation:Tango
4) Fully quit Steam/reboot your device.

Players still having an issue, you can email your player log so the team can look at what could be causing the problem when the studio is open. You can find your player.log here: C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Clever-Plays\Operation Tango\Player.Log thanks!!

Multiplayer crashes the when the agent has to tell the hacker on which plateau to step. Instantly desyncs and crashes. In other words, cant play the game at all, ♥♥♥♥ just stops barely out of the tutorial.

As reported by other players since the game launched, as agent player it's completely unplayable for me. Get into the first mission in the lift as the agent, and the screen goes black when I look in certain directions, meaning I can't interact with or play with the elements I need to. It's made it totally unplayable. Please fix this!!!

Have already tried changing graphics settings, restarting steam, and trying on a different machine. Makes no difference.

It's somewhat odd that the game is fully utilizing my GPU (AMD Radeon RX6650XT) at 100% even on start screen, as indicated by the task manager and confirmed by the notably loud noise emanating from the GPU fans.

Update: okay, it's due to 4K resolution and unlimited FPS by default. Anyway, not sure that this is a good solution -- to load GPU so hard even at main menu, especially the first time the game started. I thought that something is not quite right with my hardware.

The picture of the fourth level matches the number, and the corresponding number will appear after the exchange task, but the display is incorrect after entering it (we are sure it is correct)We still have this problem with the re-exchange of characters.

Me (PC) and my friend (Xbox 1X) have attempted to play the game after we found it had been claimed to be cross platform, however, it keeps displaying "Network connection unavailable" and then "failed to create multiplayer session" on his end. we are uncertain of how to play at this time.

In Mission 5 the code are very buggy. We failed one mission once and the the shown codes are always shown false. It was fun playing till this point.

The game kept freezing for me on mission 4 "deep dive".
I played as hacker and my agent partner, the host of the game, was seeing the game continue "normally" on his side, as if I was doing nothing.
Didn't have opportunity to tinker with graphic settings or try to be host instead, but the bug was consistent in defauly conditions.

Hi there! Did you try the troubleshooting steps? Did that resolve the bug?

Guess I didn't try rebooting my PC. My co-op buddy isn't available that often but we should be able to make a new try this weekend.

My game is freezing on mission 4! Can't play anymore. Already tried to repair, and reboot my pc

Managed to get through mission 4, but it's hard to pinpoint what went right this time, as me and my partner changed several things:
1) We realized the game was, by default, set for mad upscaling and set at 8k resolution. We reduced to to normal screen reolutions
2) We both set limit to max FPS at 60FPS.
3) PC and steam were (obviously, as this was a week later) restarted

Don't know if that helps. But after those changes we managed to go through first try.

I had terrible ping playing with my flatmate, playing on the same LAN connection with each other. I expect because the server wasn't hosted in our country or something. The game constantly lagged, or booted us to the menu with a full disconnect because of it.

Is there any way we could play P2P or something?
