Doll leg help

Got the leg after defeat the 3 waves but I can't use the leg on the doll and she keeps asking if I find the leg...

I know this may sound dumb, but walk a bit closer. Yep, talking to her will automatically fix you one step away from her, if you use the leg right after the scene it won't count.

Stand a little bit closer to the hole when you ask her, I had the same issue. I just had to reposition myself

Well, I continued the game without giving her the leg, now after defeat the medusa boss I return to see the doll but she's gone and leave me a note, this count for a bad ending or something else? I'm a bit frustated now, the game is fun but can't have errors or bugs like this, now I have the leg but the doll dissapear, nice.

All she does is help you with one of two bosses and then disappears for the rest of the game, you're ok. She would've helped you with the thicc octopus or the garden boss.
