What happens when you buy the Jump Up Package of Steel Witch after having the Standard Package already?

I was doing some thinking about when I purchase the Standard Steel Witch Package, what will you gain from the Jump Up Package since she's originally only playable by real money currency. I know you get gems for her costume which would probably be like 300 or 350, considering that it's an exclusive costume to her.

I'm planning on getting it when it drops on sale, I'm just trying to figure out what happens after getting just the Standard package. Because every other character packages, you'll get gems as a replacement if you already own the character and/or the bath towel costume.
